This website is operated by Harmony Pastures. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Harmony Pastures. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

4.1 Vouchers and Advance Purchases

A voucher is issued with each eligible purchase. Each voucher is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Services purchased via voucher cannot be booked or redeemed prior to 1 March 2026.

Vouchers allow redemption of services at the price paid at the time of purchase, notwithstanding any general price changes implemented from March 2026. Any reference to future price increases reflects current business projections only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific pricing outcomes.
Voucher use is subject to availability, program suitability, and all applicable service terms in effect at the time of redemption.

Vouchers do not confer priority access, preferential treatment, or guaranteed service delivery.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

For NDIS participants, voucher use must align with the participant’s approved plan, goals, and funding category, and remains subject to NDIA rules and provider compliance obligations. Harmony Pastures does not guarantee suitability or funding approval under any NDIS plan.

5. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through the website, you agree that:

  • All information provided is true and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We may cancel or limit quantities for any order, for any reason

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Harmony Pastures. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
